As part of the thermal energy audit we will scan the circuit breaker box. If a circuit is overloaded it will operate at a higher temperature and this can be detected. The remedy can be as simple as reducing the load on that circuit. In many cases we recommend arc-fault-circuits be installed, to help remedy the cause of many house fires.
