As a nontraditional lender, CEE provides competitive rates, technical assistance, and a wide range of financing that can be tailored to fit your budget.
0% Home Energy Loan Program- Maximum Loan: $20,000
- Interest Rate: 0% - 4.99% (dependent on term, subject to change)
- Income Limit: None
- Eligible Improvements: Insulation, air sealing, heating, cooling, water heater and more.
- Maximum Loan: $35,000
- Interest rate: 5.99% (subject to change)
- Income Limit: Maximum $95,150
- Eligible Improvements: Insulation, air sealing, heating, cooling, water heater and windows. In addition, most interior and exterior improvements are eligible.

The Green Home Doctors are pleased to be selected by the Neighborhood Energy Connection (NEC) in St. Paul. We were chosen as part of a small group of contractors to provide energy conservation services for NEC's homeowner clients. The Neighborhood Energy Connecton is a 25 year old Saint Paul based nonprofit organization that provides energy conservation education, services and programs to residents and communities across Minnesota.

The Green Home Doctors participated in an hour long interview on AM 1280, discussing Green weatherization and remodeling best practices.

Matt was elected as the R&D Chair for Minnesota Greenstar. MN Greenstar provides certification and Green best practices. It takes a whole-systems approach applying the five (5) key concepts of green building programs – energy efficiency, resource efficiency, indoor environmental quality, water conservation, site and community.

Matt Danielson was interviewed on Everything Green Radio (Air America) and talked about home energy audits and weatherization. Techniques and diagnostic tools such as a blower door testing and thermography to detect leaks in your home were discussed. Identifying areas that require help is the logical first step to remediate the problem.
